I made some bread on Saturday. It was the first loaf that I've ever made. I really thought that it would be soft and fluffy. It wasn't. It was more like a brick of flour. It tastes good though, and I'll try again in a few weeks for a fluffier loaf. ~Steve

OK - was this baking bread like where you put in your own flour & yeast? Or did you thaw it from the freezer & bake it? ;)
You have a better start than me, I have yet to bake bread. Let me know if you find a good, easy recipe!
It sure looks impressive.You should have said it tasted so good.
